Do I have to plug in v3 suite into a website, or can I use it on its own?

Yes, you can use it as a stand-alone application, you can plug it into DMXReady CMS (it plugs in automatically as soon as you upload), or you can plug it into any website on an ASP-enabled server with just one line of code.

You can do this easily by using the Plug-In Wizard.
